I do get what you are tryin to say, in that if we win the games on our schedule, then it shouldn't matter what the other teams do as we should be in the playoffs. That is why it is stupid to hate on UGA fans who would rather hate on our rival over the flavor of the month.

Wanting another team to do poorly so they stop poaching top players from your state is a winner's mentality. Wanting a team to do well and just thinking taking care of your own business will be enough is a loser's mentality because they will continue to take our top players and we will continue not making the playoffs...

Also I'm glad you are the type of fan that wants us to have a cupcake OOC schedule like we got for 2018, like Austin Peavy, UMASS, Middle Tenn. Plus this isn't anything about playing a tough or easy OOC, just not rooting for Auburn when they play Clemson. As if Clemson is the reason why we are losing players and not winnin Natties.

No, but it's why Clemson is killing it in recruiting this year which is making our recruiting tougher.

Clemsons success isn't helping us but do you think it's a good idea to want auburn to have similar success on top of that? Barstools does.

A huge win over Clemson early is the first step to auburn having big success. Once they get rolling, you know the kind of shite that happens with them. It's best to nip that in the bud.

Clemson doesn't play that many good teams, so an early loss to Auburn would be pretty damaging to them.
Auburn will still have to pay Bama, LSU, and us. It's not really that hard to see that it's better if Auburn wins that game.

Swirling rumor that RB Master Teague could be leaning to UGA. A lot CB's were leaning to Auburn but UGA is gaining traction. He would be a great compliment to Zeus for the 2018 class.
