Just picked up a CB for Luke Ford from Steve Wiltfong (Director of Recruiting for 247).....Thats looking like this may happen and it could be soon. We also picked up CBs from Jake Rowe and Andrew Ellis on Otis Reese. I'm sure that flip will happen sooner than later.
This is getting very interesting for us, seeing all the CBs for big name players coming in for UGA lately....

Any word on the recruiting front?
More will come out soon.
Couple of surprise visitors.
Coaches visited Reese Friday night and then he made another visit today. He's your next Roquan.

A couple more CBs for Luke Ford rolling in...

I'd imagine Ford got the same message a few others did. Train is about to roll out, and the station is full of recruits wanting your spot. Especially tight ends wanting to come.

Anyone have any idea who the coaches may be going to visit in Tennessee? Flight aware has GGA1 headed there.

Cade Mays and Alontae Taylor, though at least Cade was just on campus. Would be odd to visit immediately following unless somehow at his parents request or something (dunno who he visited with). Wonder if more likely to be 19/20 guy.

That's where we get the rat poison. Loading up for Auburn

I'm a sarcastic arse, sorry.
We do things differently now. Kirby has one on and it's being made known he's wanted. Great work by the staff this weekend. Even better work by recruits.

His Dad is a major part of this.
They called us. Couldn't of had much time with his Dad. Heard nothing but good news on the visit, but it seems Pittman skipped Church today
The pilots we have are funny guys. Great guys to talk to or know fwiw

You aren't kidding..whoa. 8 CB's for Ford, a few for Tindall, at least 1 for Jordan Davis (DT out of NC), and flip CB's for Otis Reese. Wow

I like our chances with Mays. A lot.
Scott doing work today as well.
Fun week coming. Remember to spit on Auburn fans. Bark at them and all that stuff.

Does a win on Saturday guarantee Trey Hill to the good guys?

Give me an update on Trey Hill. I'm hearing he may decide soon.

I read something similar, that why I was wondering if a win this week would solidify it for UGA. Also picked up another CB for Otis Reese this morning

Trey Hill was a heavy lean to UGA for awhile. Then he began taking a lot of visits to Auburn and spending a lot of time there. He wants to go somewhere where he can play fairly early, yet be on a winner.
I believe he is the one we have tried to talk into moving to C early to meet his "play early" hopes, and of course, winning this year was really big.
He now seems to be wavering and trending a little towards us, but Auburn is definitely right in the thick of things, so actually a win Saturday would not guarantee him to us, but it would definitely be a plus.
Right now, it is a coin toss, in my opinion and could go either way. I am definitely glad we are back in it for him, as he and Salyer would be a great combination...and if were to pull Cade Mays on top of those two? Wow.

A bit of perspective for everyone.
Trey Hill is a UGA/AU battle and would be a great pickup for us on the Oline. With Salyer and now a real shot at Mays, coupled with the haul last year, he is far from a must have prospect for us. Contrast that with the situation at Auburn, where Trey Hill would potentially be their highest rated prospect and one of the Crown Jewels of their class.
Kirby is recruiting at a different level.

From what I've read here and other places, Trey Hill won't be a first year player for us. Lot's of potential but very raw. That's probably why he's leaning Auburn now. I think they lose 4 OL starters so he feels like he can see the field sooner there.

You're right. Not a chance. Salyer for example probably will, as has Thomas. All different situations.
Ex- I. Wilson.
Across the board we want 30-40% redshirt average. Seems crazy, but our redshirts will be better than our second string used to be.
I've posted it. Hill is a silent (never heard different). He wants to play and he likes Auburn, but the momentum of the class, combined with Pittman..... And the fact that recruits know more about recruiting than anyone. He knows we have five guys ready to replace him, if we even take another guard.

Seemed that way, until as soon as he got back from his last visit there. Trended right back.
