I honestly believe he flutters about with his top list so much to keep everyone off guard. No one will know anything until he signs the papers on NSD.

Personally, I think he's a Dawg. However, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if he visits USC and commits shortly thereafter

I think he is a Dawg. UGA is possibly getting the last official visit and now he will be deciding by Signing Day. I think he knows where he wants and just needs to confirm on the official now. Hats off to the other UGA commits in Texas.
