Yea, but I don't think anyone but us, Sark, and the refs will believe it.

Nah, everyone's turned against us right now. We've got to prove (or not) that everything leading up to Georgia was not an illusion. I feel like step one is to hammer Vandy into oblivion, even though it's just Vandy.

I kinda wonder myself now. I know we're getting players, but are we good? Are we well coached? I have no questions about Ewers anymore, I'm just going to let that play out. But I thought our OL was the best? Georgia SCHOOLED those guys.

I choose to let the 2nd half of the Georgia game be my expectation. We won that half. But I see articles saying now we were "blown" out, and "is Texas really SEC ready"....? I know, I know, writers try to create drama, but still..

The second half is why I think Texas wins a rematch with UGA. While we were still far from perfect, we outscored UGA 15-7 and the line blocked well. Add Kirby giving us bulletin board material post game, I’d give Texas a 65% shot to win game 2.

I'd pay good money for you to be correct in that assertion, but I don't see it myself.

If we played Georgia 10 times, I see us winning 2 of them. That's about where I'm at. I mean they hammered the OL and lived in our backfield. That was brutal, and it looked much worse than the scoreboard. If that is what to expect from Georgia, then we need way more athleticism at QB. And a stronger arm.

I don't even know how we beat them 2 out of 10 really, I just thought it sounded like a measured estimation.

You should actually rewatch the game without sound on. If QE plays with confidence and slows it down sometimes, he would have a lot of opportunities to make plays with his arm.

The game Saturday was just too fast for him in the first half, he couldn't read the UGA post snap defense, and not being able to run the ball was unfortunate. I think we go 5-5 in a 10 game series.
