Have both done something pretty interesting, given the interests of the Rant in 2005 and 2007
Texas won a football and baseball natty in 05
And we won a football and basketball in 07
Im pretty sure no one has done football and basketball in the same year like that before or since, but is Texas the only team to win baseball and football in the same season?

you’re right, in the 70s (72, 74, 78)
They also had many years where they won one but not the other during that period but they won a shitload in both baseball and football from like 67–79
They haven’t won a CWS since 1998 and Carroll came in the early 2000s so they didn’t win both during those eras

It seems like that university doesn’t care about athletics in general. Sure they have some die hard fans, all programs do even FCS programs etc, but for a program of their prestige and location, it seems like no one really gives a shite for the most part.
