11 five star prospects? I assume that's across multiple years, but eiher way, that's impressive.

If we make the playoffs again and make a run, the monster Sark has been building will have officially arrived..

Arch, Owens, Lacey

Baxter, Wisner, Gibson, Clark

Wingo
Cook
Moore?
Lockett
Ffrench
Bolden?
Niblett?

NiBlack?, Washington

* assuming Ewers, Blue, Bond, Golden, Helm, Banks get drafted on Offense.. maybe Majors

Gonna be loaded on offense again if we can find a replacement for Helm and Banks

On D..

Hill
Simmons
Manny
DWill
Filsame
Jonah
Lefau
TyAnthomy
Kobe
January
Broughton? he is having a good year
Moore may leave early
Burke may leave early

* assuming Collins, Makuba, Barron, Gullibleu, Sorrell get drafted

may need to find some DL in the portal again.. We should be really good again.. it’s amazing to see the roster Sark has built.. lose 10+ in back to back drafts and hardly miss a beat..

I read he might try to visit for a game, but I haven't seen anything else about him. I do know that the Texas coaches stay in regular contact with the recruits they really want, even when those kids commit to another school.

They have flipped several guys using this approach.

Kelvin Banks
Cam Williams
Anthony Hill
Tyanthony Smith
Josiah Sharma
Myron Charles
and some others..

So if Texas really wants him.. then yes, I'm sure they are pushing for him to make it in for a game.

A lot of chatter about a lot of guys, but I haven’t seen anything about Zion.

Brew hasn't ruled out the possibility that he makes it to Texas for an SEC game at some point later in October or November.

Syracuse football is expected to get a visit in the coming months from 2025 five-star edge Javion Hilson, but this is what they all say about:

quote:

Many programs are pushing daily, but Texas has been in that boat for quite some time. The Longhorns' success on the field, recruiting in Florida and trajectory in the SEC have the program's recruiting trending in the right direction." Spiegelman added in part: "Texas never took its foot off the gas with one of the best edge-rushers in Florida, which has been a rock-solid recruiting ground for (head coach) Steve Sarkisian's program over the past few cycles. Hilson is expected to take a closer look at several schools before making up his mind again, including these Longhorns. ... I like where Texas was sitting over the summer and even more so after his decommitment from the Seminoles."

Kevin Wynn, DL (Florida State commit) Is planning to see Texas for an unofficial trip at least once this season in the SEC. Wynn said he likes the "development" and depth that Texas is stacking along the interior defensive line in the SEC.
