I'm really curious how they transform Spence. It has so much potential. The houses in the way, which serve no purpose, are the biggest inhibitors, IMO. Even if they don't get torn down, I can't wait. I love tailgating in Spence so much already, I can only imagine how much fun it's going to be when the park is actually nice.

They don't but IRL we cruise on my MIL's regularly in the summer. I think I've driven in more than she's ever been on it.
