You can't give Sumlin a loss @Auburn when you never shut up about how the away team has an auto win in the A&M/Auburn series my man!
Using the CGSC model for game predictions a Sumlin led team wins vs Arky, @Auburn, Kentucky, and @USCe in conference. Ole Miss will go further down the tubes so that's 5. Add the 3 pay day games and there are your 8.

Except for the inconvenient fact that Sumlin has never done better than 4-4 in conference except for year one.
2013: Lost to Alabama, Auburn, Missouri, and LSU
2014: Lost to Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Alabama, LSU, and Missouri, yet somehow beat Auburn
2015: Lost to Alabama, Ole Miss, Auburn (WTF Loss), and LSU
2016: Lost to Alabama, Mississippi State (WTF Loss), Ole Miss (WTF Loss), and LSU
2017: Lost to UCLA, Alabama, Mississippi State, Auburn, and LSU
Using the "model", Sumlin should have gone 9-3 in 2015, 10-2 in 2016, and at least 8-4 in 2017.

So what you are saying is.... your predictions are no good?
Anyway, point is, 8-4 is NOT acceptable for what we are paying the man. Period. No ifs, ands, or buts.

For his first year, 8-4 is just fine. There will be a learning curve, even with the talent
