I'm not saying he's an all sec player right now or that he doesn't deserve continuous evaluation but he clearly has the necessary tools to excel at this level
Good god what a count post. I missed your thread on why Mond was going to be a fantastic QB after going 3-17 vs UCLA or his performance vs Nichols. My thread did not trash hm. It was a humerous post about how bad he looked. One of my posts since then:

Yes he was terrible in that opener, the main thread I was looking for which swaggyp posted was the one after the nichols state game, where people were still overreacting to his both of his performances to that point.
Just saying that a lot of posters never seemed to give the kid a chance (both here and on texags), but now it’s all about how great he is. College football is such a fickle thing when it comes to people’s emotions I guess.

I agree with you. Sure, a lot of posters here disagree on a variety of subjects. Nothing wrong with disagreeing but if we have a bunch of chickenshit posters that are going to go back researching threads to make a point after a win vs a not very good Arkansas team then we have a board that sucks.
I'm sure that after Mond had a terrible outing vs UCLA and Nichols that a few gifted posters here really saw a ton of talent the rest of us that watched the game didn't see. :

Still had his Freshman Moments against Bama, had a pick on a ball he shouldn't have thrown and a fumble because he was holding the ball carelessly.
BUT
Damn, I'm more convinced than ever that he is going to be one of those QBs that we talk about for many years after the fact. Seeing him extend the play and toss a TD? To Kirk made me giddy. Saban finally showed his ire and anger and we as a team seem to bring that out pretty often against Bama.
I'm all in with Mond. My goodness, he has come so far so fast. Admittedly, UCLA was probably rock bottom but the kid is unflappable and has IT.
