I am due to visit the staff college, and I picked up basically the entire base. I'm still working through my new account responsibilities at Leavenworth

Bell Hall is nice. I was in one of the first classes out of that building. Overall, the post is pretty mediocre.

Yes, the post is pretty mediocre, but it's an army base. Are you looking more at a contractor type of position still supporting DoD, or a commercial one when you retire?

I can't work for the DoD for at least 6 months after my MRD. I'd rather be in the private sector.

I work for the private sector, but my customer is DoD. Many of the more influential decision makers are part of our team, after they left the military (retired)

Update: Retirement Orders in hand. Now after we get out of the field Friday I can spend the next 8 months moving on.
