We missed his pass rush ability. Hopefully Garrett can solve this issue.

to answer your question, certainly yes. The two weakest positions on our defense were WDE and SAM (followed closely by safety). Moore and Porter were instrumental to our success last year.

He would have helped but the deficiencies were so wide ranging the suck would have remained.
