I was talking about all pac 12 teams, yes i realize Washington is in the north. they will play teams in that division too and be measured against them as well.

Rotating basis.
The California schools play each other every year regardless of Division.
Looking at Arizona State's 2018 schedule, I see the following:
Wins - UTSA, San Diego State, Oregon State
Losses - at Washington, Stanford, at USC, at Oregon
Tossup - Michigan State, at Colorado, Utah, UCLA, at Arizona
I predict 6-6 for his first year (3-6 in conference)
