Caught a ban for trying to spread knowledge about the worth of LSU degrees last night. Visit the help board thread to support his freedom from banland.

People get banned here all the time, you just don't notice it because they don't leave any "staff edits" or warnings. Just depends what kind of troll/flame it is, or how it gets interpreted.

yeah, I've had a few posts deleted without comment. Basically anything flaming LSU is immediately tossed. There is definitely a double standard and it bugs you when it happens but at the end of the day, they run a decent site.

There's flaming, but what Roger Klarvin did was a flame, bashing the school academically, bashing the Honey Badger, and bashing the state of Louisiana in general.
1 or 2 would have probably been ok, but all of them at once?

Keep in mind the SEC Rant is an outgrowth of an LSU fan site, and is owned, operated and modded by LSU alums. Generally they're pretty tolerant and fair, just don't expect this to be TheMainBoard or something with zero school bias.
