We likely moved from a 3 to a 2 seed with the SEC Ship, but getting put with Duke is rough.

I think we have a legit gripe about USC. Being paired with Duke, though... hell any of the #1's would be rough.

If I counted right, the SEC has 9 teams in. That's pretty damn good.
ACC has 7 (8 with ND, not sure how that works), PAC has 6, B1G has 5, and B12 has 5.
ETA: Yes, ND is ACC for soccer. So 8.

we should have been in USCe bracket. we're the strongest 2 and drew the second best 1 seed.

I can't blame them for this. If it's like basketball they want to avoid conference-mates playing each other as much as possible. I have a bigger problem with USC being #1 instead of A&M. They didn't play each other; USC won the regular season by a whopping 1/2 game and then promptly lost in the tournament that A&M won.
I don't mean to sound like I'm bitching, though. BTHO everybody!
