Cripple Fight for 2nd in the West

I may be wrong, but I think it goes this way.
Alabama beating Auburn is a given. Tide win the West, Auburn goes to 5-3 in the SEC.
If we beat LSU, we go to 5-3 in SEC games and beat Auburn on the head-to-head tie-breaker (assuming that there are tie-breakers for consolation prizes).
If LSU beats us, they go to 5-3 in SEC games, but lose the head-to-head versus Auburn.
Right?
