Three changes I think we need to make DC, OC and O-line coach.

I've gotten really skeptical of Spav. Something just isn't clicking on offense. I dunno if we make a change there though

Spav was not ready for the promotion. Manziel covered his incompetence last year.

Snyders contract is out at the end of the year and according to recent recruit visits has already been replaced. Only question is o line and oc.
