Dat pre-dates Rivals. He was 37 on the Fab55 which would be borderline between 3 and 4 stars today. For comparison, outside of the 2 true fish, I believe he'd be the highest rated guy on our roster

Not sure why I asked. Been thinking alot about linebackers lately. Have been following Ag football closely since 1973. Good lord, we have had some talent at that position. I have never seen a player who so consistently knew where the ball was going to be. And not only that: he was able to do something about it. All things considered, maybe our best football player.
