Haven't been here in a minute. It's wild. From '89-2022:

I was born in '88, so I've literally spent my life watching the Spurs transform from nothing to the best in sports. But yeah, I'd say we were LONG overdue for a reset
I like the role players we have (especially Devin Vassell, who's been injured most of this year). I'm intrigued by the draft position possibilities (again, weird because this is the most I've paid attention to a draft since...basically forever ). Everyone's saying Wemby is the prize, but I think Scoot or Miller would also be fantastic to pair with our group. Going to be an interesting few years, but The Pride of the Great Lone Star State will be back!

Haha thank our old radio announcer (Jay Howard) for that one. That was his line from when we won our first title in 1999 at Madison Square Garden. I’m really hoping we can land Bryce young and JSN in the draft and our offense may like pretty dang good this season

I think a really big factor in this years FA (besides obviously the cap space) is the fact we actually have a coach I think players want to play for. It’s gotta be a factor bringing in players ex: bringing in Jimmie Ward

I kinda liked the 1-year deals too, they’re not dragging the cap, and they’re also to see if the player wants to sign an extension

So far this offseason has me very optimistic and hopefully the draft continues the momentum
Fortunately the AFC South isn’t a juggernaut division so we might not suck complete arse next season lol
