Boxer, I just discovered a true hidden gem in downtown Austin. Go to Royal blue grocery on Congress next to the new aloft/element hotel construction site. Order the Cuban, trust me

You ever been to Swift's Attic? I eat there just about every time I'm in Austin. Love it.

Apparently Roger got himself banned for saying "cities shouldn't be built below sea level"

LSU fans ra'd him into banned land as they saw it as a Katrina joke. I couldn't see the actual post to review for myself as the mods must have deleted it

Too be fair, it was a blatant katrina joke.

It's a little "different" but everything I've ordered there has been very good.

So I may have an opportunity in The Woodlands....any of y'all familiar with the area? I've been to Houston but never really to TW. Are you able to basically never go into actual Houston?

Depends on your age. There is definitely plenty to do in The Woodlands, but if you are young and single, you'll want to venture into Houston.

Almost 30 and engaged. The less I'd actually have to be in Houston, the better.

Rich white people, McMansions, chain restaurants, and a surprisingly good concert venue. Welcome to The Woodlands!

Woodlands is a great area. Have everything you need outside of pro sports venues to never have to venture into the city. Its also a gorgeous area, kind of snobby because it is upperclass for the most part, but a very nice area. especially for your age and relationship status. I am 29 and engaged so I avoid the Houston hoopla when I am actually back home.
