This game is going about as bad as once could expect. I could go for one of those 13 run or 13 hit in a row innings.

But it definitely counts towards seeding in the NCAA's. The top of the SEC is so stacked I think we need to win this badly and sweep Ole Miss to remove all doubt.

Right, but that ain't the problem. Look at the top of the SEC standings and their records. There are a lot of people (that we don't agree with) that think the SEC cannot get 4 national seeds. Every game counts, especially late in the year.

Conspiracy theory - RC is throwing this one for Deggs. Sam's RPI is 63 right now. This should put them in the mid 50s (guess). If they take care of business vs HBU they should be able to sneak in as a at large possibly.

Sucks to lose to Sam, but this game doesn't mean shite. We're top 8 RPI even if we lose out.

We were last year too. Top 4 RPI is a lot better looking.
