it'd be cooler if he did

Btw, I wonder how tall DCS really is. 247 has him listed at 5'10", Rivals at 6'1" and his HUDL profile shows 6'3"

ESPN is generally the most accurate on such things. They say 5'11"

we obviously like him a lot to take him, but we have to be seeing something that no one else at all is

Yates really liked him and sold Snyder on him. But figured I'd give more insight here. I think I may have mentioned it but new DB Coach Terry Joseph's brother is a personal trainer in NOLA. He specializes in agility training and trains athletes from HS to pro (several NO Saints work with him). So he's not the guy at LA fitness making $45/hr, he's a pretty big time personal trainer.

He trains all the '15 Warren Easton crew (not sure about '16 WR Leflore). He knows what these guys are capable of testing wise and knows what elite athletes look like. College coaches can't work players out except on the campus during camps. And they aren't around them enough to know their personalities, etc.

It's a big reason why relationships with HS coaches are so important. You want to know when they have a guy you should know about and you want to know you are being told the straight truth and not some bs to get one of his kids an offer (happens a lot). Anyway, we have very good insight here. And obviously we are in great shape with a number of top DB prospects. So if his 3* rating gives you any pause, put those two things together.

thanks for the insight. what made me think it was an interesting take was that he doesn't have many big time offers, its just us and UCLA, and everyone has had to see him when they went to see tyron. the three stars didn't give me pause, just the lack of big time offers when so many big time programs had to of seen him play. I also thought it was interesting that we took him so early. but nonetheless that sounds awesome and im happy hes an ag
