btw, I hope you won't. This board needs differing points of view at times.

I'm not looking to stifle discussion and I apologize if I come across that way.

How does that make sense? Joseph obviously told Hamm.

why is that obvious?

eta: why couldn't it have been Price, a GA, or the coach at the JUCO that tweeted about Price's visit?

I thought NOAH and the HKIC made it quite clear that there are to be no mouthpieces for Hamm and ****** on this board.

I don't know exactly. My guess is he'll take a campus visit and commit then. But it could be any day honestly. He's worked really hard to get the offer and when you work to achieve a goal, you jump on it.

btw, anyone have a guess on when and how far Boyd drops in Ketch's rating? He pushed him up to #4 in state in the last update on 2/21/14

Hamm just posted that Roney Elam isn't considering LSU anymore and its down to a classic matchup between us and the whorns. Gotta like our chances.

per the lovely Ms. Roland

Houston Westside OL Toby Weathersby is committed to Texas, but says he intends to take his official visits -- including one to Texas A&M -- anyway.

Can't say I blame him. Competition at the position probably played a factor

Hamm's article is actually free, but yeah, I think the logjam LSU has at DB is a big factor on why they seem to be out
quote:

“A&M and Texas have some seniors leaving in the backfield and show a lot of love too so that’s why I’m down to them. They both make me feel apart of the family already.”

To this point, Elam’s mother has not been to Austin or College Station with her son but earlier this week plans were made for the both of them to visit Aggieland.

“We’re going to A&M on the eighth of June,” he said. “They are having a camp that day but I’m not doing the camp. I’m just going to visit the campus with my mom and spend time with the coaches.”

IMO he shouldn't be worried about that. He's got a lot of talent but is still pretty raw. I think he could use a redshirt.

He's coming from 2A ball too. It's a big leap. He's going to get on campus and they'll say, go cover Speedy and his mind will be blown. That's not the type of athlete you see often in 2A
