We're talking about recruiting and Texas aTm. This thread is about recruiting and Texas aTm.

Fair enough. In the context of your initial post and then reading your second post where you outlined recruiting under prior staffs, I assumed this was more of a general sentiment.

It is a general statement, but it has nothing to do with Ole Miss or State, more than it does Arkansas or Tennessee. But I understand the confusion. Aggies don't write good.

Anytime you can get a Top 10 player from the state of Lousiana that is an excellent pickup!!! No reason we can't land at least one or two four stars a year from Lousiana.

Noel Ellis Sr. had this quote awhile back ""It’ll be a cold day in hell and the devil will go ice skating before I allow my son to go to LSU."

There is a lot of butt hurt from his father towards LSU not giving his kid the time of day. He is only hurting his kid going around making stupid comments like that. He better be a starter from day one at aTm or his Ellis Sr. is going to lose his sh*t and demand a transfer.

Sumlin and crew on a roll. No more "aw chucks" shite when it comes to recruiting. Finally, some fricking swag.

It's nice to have some closers for the first time in a while. What a huge day

With the way our DB situation is, he just might be:

Our best returning DB (Campbell) is injury prone.

Our likely 2-deep for next year is:

CB - Raven(SO), Harris(SR)
CB - Jacobs(JR), Harris(FR)
FS - Everett(SO), Terrell(SR)
SS - Campbell(SR), Franklin(JR)

Hey, I thought the SEC would have no impact on our recruiting.

I think Matthews will be starting at SS assuming Campbell is hurt, but yeah both these CBs should get the chance to play quite a bit as soon as they step on campus.

A list exists that has him as a top 10 player in the state?

I'm sure the LSU guys will let us know how little they really wanted Kyrion Parker anyway...

All practice indications (granted, the source is TexAgs, so it could be complete shite) are that Matthews has a LOT of work to do to get in the 2-deep this fall. Remember that we couldn't play Johntel Franklin due to a technical issue with his transcript so he redshirted.
