It seems we have missed on all the good options

I'm glad we kicked the Schiano deal off of the cliff, but now i think we may be out of options

I really don't know if we will ever be even close to good again.

this is my sad and pathetic melt...

History will remember that November 26th, 2017 was the day VOLS took their program back

I dunno man, Petersen and Gruden are still AVAILABLE

Currie is such a dumbshit, maybe he hadn't talked to them.

I guess. I have to wonder what rumors were true and what was false. Were we really throwing around all of that money? Who were the actual candidates? Was Fulmer and Peyton involved at all? Peyton hated Schiano going back to the NFL.

norvell, campbell, frost, brohm all would be good hires. No one is perfect, anyone we hire will have flaws. I would rather a young up and comming coach. Charlie strong wouldnt be a bad hire either.

Yes and of course gruden or peterson... but whoever we get we need to support.

Someone on Volquest was saying Peyton signed off on the hire.

People are starting to call him on it for having those level sources, whereas he hadn't posted that type of info in the past, but he is apparently a site mod or some shite.

(Disclaimer this is discombobulated as I just signed up today to get any new info on this)

I just want to watch a good VOLS team. I'm tired of this second-rate garbage.

Then this whole day happens.

The only reason I haven't become a fan of another team is because of how the collective fan base fought back on this pedo loser.

Lets fricking hire Kevin Sumlin and call it a day. Maybe he will bring Chavis with him. Errbody in Knoxvegas loves the Chief! Right, guise? I mean, either that or we could commit seppuku with another Dooley-esque hire.

At this point I'm just hoping for Norvell, likely the best option

Frost isn't gonna happen it would seem

Currie didn’t impress me with his press conference after firing butch. He didn’t have that killer sales attitude. Selling the UT job is easy and it’s clear he’s failed

Zero chance Frost would entertain the UT job IMO. If UF couldn't get the interview, it's Nebraska or bust for him right now it would seem.

I saw UT win a MNC. The last decade has sapped me of all my will and I accept that the dumb arse boosters, shitty admin hires, and dumb fricking coaching hires have killed the UT that I remember.

I have no idea how the admin didn't see this coming. People were revolting against Schiano as early as last night. Clay takes credit but it was happening as soon as his name was floated.
