I seriously want him fired for this debacle. What is the upside to keeping Butch now? He’s just going to get booed on and off the field on homecoming. It’ll make the fanbase look bad and make it even tougher to hire a good coach. It’s so fricking stupid.

Not that it makes this any less of a debacle, in fact I believe it makes it worse, but I really don't believe Currie has much control over this

It's saddening and demoralizing. Maybe we just need to accept that our University wants to distance itself with big time athletics moving forward and we need to learn to cherish those magical seasons when we finish 7-5/8-4. We are basically the new Ole Miss without the high school stadium they play in.

IF they continue To maintain not firing him through this week then make an underwhelming hire I will have to seriously reevaluate my level of fandom

I will always be a fan, but I have accepted the admin no longer cares. It was a great ride during the good years, but now I will enjoy things as USCe fans have done forever.
