Given all the emails I still get from the UT alert system about robberies and assaults around campus I would rank it near the bottom. It sucks that while I was in school the Fort got more and more unsafe.

I got one about a dude trying to assault a chick in sorority village last night. Pretty messed up and that's not in the fort

The only other college town I've set feet in are Athens, and being Home coming week they did it right.

I loved Knoxville.
It actually has elements of a city instead of being solely the college.

As a college student, loved me some Knoxville.
