Seriously. I’m going to wear frickin ear plugs the next time. I’m a musician too and have blasted amps in my face. I don’t know if it’s the sound system or the crowd but it’s a 9 out 10 ear ringing.

Make sure it’s not due to high blood pressure and that you arent about to have a stroke
