That's the scenario Georgia is staring at right now if North Carolina holds on against Miami.
I don't want to be be #1 dangit. That shite's jinxed. And also Ole Miss will already have enough juice coming into the game.

Kentucky should be ranked ahead of you anyway really.

LSU was ranked #1 2 games after losing to a pretty mediocre Arkansas team in 2007

They have played a much stronger schedule and have the same record.
They only have a loss to Alabama, but have a win over LSU which has a slightly higher power rating than Alabama.
They also have stronger secondary wins in teams like USC, and then their 3rd best win is Oklahoma, Georgias 2nd best win. Then Kentucky has a win over A&M and Georgia has Arkansas.
And Georgia has a much worse loss.
The only argument is that Georgia looks like a better team when playing well, aka power wise. But when it comes to resume, Kentucky has Georgia covered easy.
Edit: I forgot to add Florida in here, that would put them up almost equal to Kentucky, but still slightly behind.

Not as bad as losing to Auburn at home by 3.
