Not nationally but we have a FB commit this year that is from Columbia, MO. He shut down the Mizzou staff last night when they tried to do an in-home with him. That's really the only one I can think of off the top of my head.
As for kids from Fayetteville going elsewhere, I can't think of any that have had an Arkansas offer leave. You basically have to walk across the street from the Fayetteville football field and you're on the Arkansas campus. Pretty tough to take a kid from that setup.
