How about both vs ND this year?

C/ATT YDS AVG TD INT
L. Jones 35/51 356 7.0 0 1

C/ATT YDS AVG TD INT
A. McCarron 20/28 264 9.4 4 0

lol....not even a passing TD at home against that putrid defense...

Bucc and Tidesaint,

You really believe that BAMA has a better passing offense then Oklahoma? (That's the original argument that you took and ran with and turned into a LJ/AJ comparison)

The LJ/AJ argument was a good spin off of the original point i was trying to make...that OU passes the ball better than BAMA, which is obvioulsy true and to say otherwise it just blatant homerism and stupidity.

BAMA was beat by a Big 12 offense, you should know they have the best offenses in the country, and yes..the best secondary's.

Notice OU was ranked Top 10 in Passing Yards allowed, along with other Big 12 D's

David Cornwell offers

Auburn
Indiana
Tulsa
Kansas
Miami
OK.St
Tenn
V.Tech
WSU

Justice Hansen offers

Arkansas
Auburn
Arizona St
Oklahoma St
Missouri
Oklahoma
Texas A&M
Florida St.
LSU (will offer)
USC (will offer)

Guess the better schools who offered Hansen over }Cornwell don't know how to evaluate QB's...right?

I don't know any stats but I'm gonna go out on a limb here did Oklahoma throw the ball a little more... The key to offense is efficiency and to say that Oklahomas offense was more efficient then alabamas is absurd.... And why hasn't big 12 won a championship lately since there secondary is so great....

When you pass more efficieny won't be as good obviously...

and a Big 12 team hasn't been to the NC since 2009...should have in 2011 but Okie St. got screwed over by Bama..and IMO Ok. St. would have beat LSU but we'll never know and that's awfully conventient for SEC fans isn't it?

Big 12 secondary's rank high in the nation statistically, although they face some of the best spread offenses.

Again..the Big 12 is a passing league and that's every teams bread and butter so the stats might be worse than a SEC defense that faces more run-oriented teams...it's not that difficult to understand.

Throw any SEC team in the Big 12 and they're pass defense stats get worse..

Example) Texas A&M had best passing offense and overall offense in the SEC this year...they we're middle of the pack in the Big 12 just last year!!!!

A&M tore up the SEC defenses this year through the air worse than they did in the Big 12.

Why else would all these SEC teams be offering QB's in the Big 12's backyard?

non-commitable a few of those were walk-on offers, he was coming off a pretty bad injury

teams kicked up their recruitment after he destroyed the UnderArmour game though
