Tell him to study really hard for entrance exam and when I feel like he's properly studied, I will then recommend him to Ross. He will then need 4 other recommendations to be able to take the entrance exam. Once he passes that exam, he will be 1/4th of the way through his test. If he passes the other three parts, Ross will then flip a coin to see if he's granted access.
It's a simple process really.

I haven't seen him around lately. There for awhile I ran into him almost every day. I haven't seen him in a week, now, at least. If I run into him, I will tell him to check this thread. Thanks for the help!
