Georgia seems to actually be on the upswing even more the last 3-5 years and in the future. OSU can't stop offering Georgia kids (sorry UGA fans) and they look to be establishing a bit of a pipeline down there. Obviously UGA will get their guys, but OSU has had some success there

Georgia is doing better in state right now than they ever have in my memory.
As the state gets better, we'll do "worse" in the sense that more kids will leave, but our classes will still get better overall, if that makes sense.
