If he's as good as he looks then it'll be easy to build a team around him, it's not like we're stocked with NBA talent at the moment.

WAde has now added 6 new players to the roster and only lost 1 contributer from last season. If there was a blueprint for rebuilding this program he's followed it about as close as you can.
