Transfer portal deadline

Forgive my ignorance, but when do kids who have entered the transfer portal have to decide on their school? In other words, is there an NSD for transfer portal players?

Dec 5, 2022 - Jan 18, 2023 and May 1-15, 2023 are this year's portal dates.
