That's WAAAAAAY over the top. He was just a teenager that messed with some Aggie fans. There are a lot worse things.
If it makes you feel better though the NCAA denied his application for a 5th year of eligibility after he missed most of this year with an injury and now he has a very tough road to try and even get a shot at the NFL.
