Tennessee drops 4* DT Signee Brant Lawless?

It looks like Tennessee oversigned and had some players qualify that they didn't think would.
Ole Miss and North Carolina have been in contact with Lawless and his family.

It became known that he had an almost zero percent chance of qualifying before fall camp. I don't know if that changed or not, but it's not a case of simply oversigning.

I think he moves really well for his size. The staff was supposedly not that high on him and he has (rumored) work ethic issues. If Ole Miss has a free spot might as well take him. Adding an athletic Dlineman couldn't hurt.
I think what happened was the staff didn't think there was any way he was going to qualify, so they gave his spot away.

Well if he didn't qualify at Tennessee then he surely won't qualify at North Carolina and probably won't at Ole Miss.

Ole Miss guys are pretty adamant that grades aren't an issue for Lawless.
