Yeah, it does if you know the story of how the phrase was coined. But, you're a fan of another team, I wouldn't expect you to know the history of it. 
But, what the frick does that have to do with you thinking he was an LSU fan? There are 3 different "Tigers" in the league. Might wanna know which one it is before you start taking shots at fans of one of those three schools. It will save you from looking like a jackass in the future

Living in LA the only time i hear Nega Tiger is in reference to other LSU fans. Always assumed it was their thing.

Why would anyone want to play for LSU after they lost their 6th in a row to Bama? I mean at LSU you're playing for 2nd in the west, at best. Not to mention the idiot Alleva and the hiring of Fred Flinstone. Oh and 16-10 bitch.
