State fans you might be getting a good one! State is the leader as of now and might be closing in on the decision! Seems to be down to Texas tech, Oregon, Arizona state, LSU and Mississippi state. Going into the summer when he got back to hinds coaches said it seemed like he had found Jesus! Number one juco player and will live up to it this year and his grades are a go as of now

I think we're full at WR.

Guidry, if he keeps it together, is a stud.

Yeah Oregon has put together a solid class over the past couple months! I think a school or two might emerge after the season begins

I'd be very excited to have him and Heath in a class. Hope we can flip Devonta Jason as well.

Is this the same guy that has committed to LSU like 3 times?

Yes. He was down to Arizona State and Mississippi State most recently, then randomly committed to LSU again. Then never signed his LOI. Idk what is going on.

This time last year I'd agree with you but talking with him and seeing him in person back in june I completely agree with the coaches. This guy has finally turned it around and wants to better himself on and off the field. His grades have all gone up and schools really will and should start taking him serious! The reasoning with ASU and state last year was he wanted to end up at LSU and got the offer so he took it! Is a dif story this year state has an established qb and he likes what they're selling so far! his recruitment is open but he's a dif guy from last year. He'll have a big season and shouldn't be an academic threat

Well shoot if this is the case forget State come on back to LSU. We have some decent QBs waiting ourselves. There's no denying the guys talented. Big, fast, and can go up to get it. Come on back home Guidry!

It's on LSU! If they recruit him they have a very good chance! Just seems they are wanting to stick with the in state HS guys they are after. He still really likes LSU and would strongly consider coming but LSU has cooled on him. I know T-rob was there at the beginning of summer so they are still in touch just not very high on him as of now. After this year with the numbers I expect him to put up everyone should be after him

Yeah, I'm with LSU people on this, I have my doubts we get him, and kinda have doubts he plays college ball throughout his remaining eligibility.

As I said numerous times he had problems but so do every single player in juco. All it takes is the flip to be switched and they get their shite together or crumble. He is too talented to crumble and saw that before it was too late. He's ahead of schedule with school and grades are great! Wherever he goes he'll make it no doubt! Whoever takes the chance will get a stud at wide out

I'm not going to get excited if he does announce for us, and I'm not going to get upset if he doesn't.

I'll hold back until I see him in uniform.

Finally commit to State today. Not going to get too excited until I see him on the field next year though.
