How a player looks has absolutely zero bearing on where they should be ranked as football players. "Looks like tarzan, plays like jane," ring a bell?
He might be a player, but just because he's ripped doesn't mean he'll end up in the NFL. There are PLENTY of guys at your local gym that are ripped who will never sniff the NFL/major college football.

He's also a great example of how recruiting rankings always have to be in context, if he played CB at a big HS in Houston instead of RB at a small HS in East Texas he is likely a 4 Star. He may well be a bust but I wouldn't bet against the kid.
You just described Arkansas. Lots of kids get overlooked just due to lack of exposure. Hell, Arkansas flat out missed on some that went to Arkansas State and ended up in the NFL.

I completely agree that looking ripped doesn't mean a kid will play in the NFL. Running a 4.38 40 and being Valedictorian of your class though while being ripped does mean you are a decent prospect though with the potential to contribute at the FBS level. He came in on his first day of practice (he is an early enrollee) and had the 2nd fastest time on the team. That's the point. Guy is a 2 Star according to the services because he comes from a small town and was under the radar which is the point of a "sleeper" thread.
The argument is not if he will win a Heisman or be NFL MVP, the argument is who amongst your "sleeper" players do you think has the best chance of contributing or even being a star. I made the case for Sezar as having that potential.
While it is true that the local gym has lots of "ripped" guys not many of them are 17 with that level of physical development. The last A&M commit I have seen that had that type of physique was Christine Michael and he was a 5 Star.
Sezar may bust but so may RSJ for that matter. You can never tell for certain.
