If you're talking about when he named us his favorite after his visit then that actually happened and wasn't some imagined dream class in July as you are proposing.

And Clifton has now named LSU his leader and is only visiting Ole Miss so he can watch LSU on the road. And LSU either leads or is in the top 2 for everyone of the listed prospects.

Name one player A&M has gotten from Louisiana that had a LSU offer. I don't think you'll find one. And Bama will get someone from the state this year, but it's more likely to be someone like Luther Davis or Darrington Sentimore than Landon Collins or Eddie Lacy. Especially with the recent shift in Cam Rob's recruitment back to LSU. It's more likely LSU signs all of the mentioned recruits (minus Saeed Blacknall) than miss on multiple prospects.
