UGA’s freshman and sophomore qbs have a higher ranking average than Bama’s. And none of the four have much playing time so how do you figure they aren’t the same for a 23 recruit considering them?

Just pointing out that it's a lame excuse to use.

It’s a lame excuse when those two qbs are going to schools that also have that.

Not sure what you mean by this. If you mean he can't throw the ball far, he threw one ball 52 yards down the field to George Pickens and another one 45 yards (40 yard TD pass that was 5 yards deep into the endzone) to AD Mitchell against the team that you deemed the best team in the country.

You won in spite of him.
MVP of the semi-final playoff game and MVP of the National Championship game. We won in spite of the MVP of both games? What does that even mean?

Neither did Tim Tebow. Would you have taken Tebow in college?

Also, it’s the OL, run game, and an above average WR unit.
Our OLine had two 3* on it.
We were 7th in rushing in the SEC
WR:
Ladd McConkey RsFr (3* .8484)
AD Mitchell Fr (3* .8883)
Jermain Burton So 4* .9646)
Those were our top 3 WRs.

Maybe you should stop while you are behind?

This thread is about stacking NFL talent at QB. I didn’t see anything from the guys behind Bennett that would scare someone off in this cycle that’s elite.
And again:
Brock Vandegriff 5* .9908 2021 (#17 overall player in country)
Gunnar Stockton 4* .9506 2022
Carson Beck 4* .9095 2020
Were any of those ready last season? Absolutely not. But they were very young and now have time in the system. Crap. The only one thta was ready for Alabama last season was Bryce Young. (I think Alabama fans would agree that had Young t=gotten hurt they would have been in serious, serious trouble) A season under a young QB belt makes a world of difference.

I understand what happened in the thread. I am saying your qb room isn’t like Bama’s.
You argue that you didn't see anyone on Georgia's roster that would scare anyone off. Who on Alabama's roster did you see that would scare someone off? Bryce Young will be gone after this year.

With the return of reigning Heisman Trophy winner Bryce Young, it should come as no surprise that Alabama would be considered to have one of the top quarterback rooms in the country heading into the 2022 season.
According to Shehan Jeyarajah of CBS Sports, the Crimson Tide stand atop the list of college teams with the best quarterback room in the nation.
Besides returning Young, Alabama has a pair of highly touted quarterback prospects who are just waiting to burst onto the scene. Redshirt freshman Jalen Milore showed Alabama fans, and the rest of the country for that matter, just how much potential he truly has during Alabama’s annual A-Day game in April.
True freshman Ty Simpson is a five-star prospect who will likely become a household name within the next couple of years.
Jeyarajah had this to say about the trio of quarterbacks in Tuscaloosa.
“If you bring back the Heisman-winning quarterback and former top-100 recruits, it earns you a spot on the top of this list. Bryce Young was sensational in his first season as a starter, completing 66.9% of his passes for 4,872 yards passing and 47 touchdowns. He threw for more than 300 yards 10 times, including a 369-yard performance in the College Football Playoff National Championship and 421 yards and three scores in the SEC title game. The depth behind Young is green, but Jalen Milroe and Ty Simpson were among the most pursued players in the nation. If Simpson and Milroe are good enough for Nick Saban, we trust them.”

Cool, but we’re talking about qb rooms that will affect a 23 prospect. Young isn’t included in the conversation.

I'm aware. UGA is about to get theirs.

I read that Alabama was taking two this year. Is this not correct?
Posted on 6/19/22 at 6:55 am to DawgsLife
I have read that and I think a program would always like 2 qbs per class, particularly in this new transfer world. Right now UGA and UA alike have what appears to be good backups but that could change quickly.

You just proved my point dumbass. Saying these two 23 qbs from Louisiana didn’t look at LSU because the roster was stacked is a lame excuse

I would very much appreciate it if Alabama would leave Dylan Lonergan alone.

How about you go back to the original comment made by a different LSU fan that started all of this. The whole point is that LSU's situation is no different than Bama's or UGA's so it's a lame excuse to use. And it doesn't seem to be an issue for other big time programs. I'm not sure why this is so hard for you to understand to be honest.

At this time, it sounds like it's USC or MLB for Dylan.
