Yep.

Now we can have reasonable discussions again.

You going to be at any games this year?

My plan is either OU or PSU. I usually come in for the big ones. I've never met up with any of the guys from here actually.

I live in D.C. We could try and do something if you're in N. VA for another game

I've met Sprint, Kosmo, Buttermilk Pancakes and KillerNut. If you get up for a game you are invited to my tailgate.

I live in NOVA so yeah, we should get together for a game. I think Sign of The Whale is the Ohio State bar in DC.

Last year I went to Buckeye and Bear when i went out. Usually I stay on my couch so I don't miss the ones before/after and it's just more relaxing

So I'll be the first to congratulate you guys on landing Carmen OSU fans. He will be a goodin. Just my own personal prediction btw, he won't be going to Clemson.

Mike Farrell on Carman:

quote:

Carman is a high priority for many schools, but since he named Clemson his leader a couple of months back, there has been a lot of intrigue regarding his recruitment.

My take is simple – I think he’s going to Ohio State. Back on Christmas he put out a top 10 that included Clemson, Alabama, LSU, Tennessee, Florida, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Wisconsin and USC but at the time most felt this would be the Buckeyes' race to lose. Then he took a visit to Clemson in late March, declared the Tigers his leader and all bets were off. But after additional trips to Ohio State, things are clearly trending back toward Urban Meyer and the Buckeyes.

Carman will probably take official visits even if he decides to commit early and has already set a tentative date to see USC officially. He has said he will return to Clemson, but my money is on Meyer keeping this talented lineman in-state.

Nope. Tillman doesn't care what so called "experts" think. He will say this is just people making stuff up

It's going to be hard for him to deny this one:

quote:

Choosing a college is one of the most important decisions any young adult can make. Picking the right school, especially for an athletic recruit with professional aspirations, takes the utmost research and deliberation.

Or 100,000 retweets.

A Twitter user asked Jack Carman—Scout.com's third-rated offensive tackle in the 2018 class—to name the number of retweets necessary for him to commit to the Buckeyes. Likely just to mess with the inquirer, the Fairfield (Ohio) High School student set the lofty bar at 100,000.

As of Saturday afternoon, the post has been shared approximately 2,700 times. Of course, it doesn't matter if the Twitter missive succeeds. A direct message does not count as a binding contract, and no rational person would let a stranger on social media dictate a life-altering decision.

Nevertheless, Carman is playing along with the campaign:

Dumb. He bumps a thread that is weeks old saying Clemson no longer leads with carman, with no link. Could be true. Alabama is a distant 3rd tied with other schools so I don't see why he seems to care. He's got Tillman on his mind for some reason

Why don't you go back and re-read this thread son.

I've been saying he's Ohio State bound since the beginning.
