On3 subscribers, does On3 require you to call in to their customer service line to cancel?

I want to take advantage of the $1 for the first month offer, but I don't want to call in to cancel. Prefer to do it on the website.
247 makes you call in. Almost did it until they threw in Paramount+ and Showtime in with the sub.

No, I think emailed them months ago to make sure i wouldn't be charged just in case i forgot.

I looked at the rates for On3 because of this thread and they are absolutely unhinged. $111 (With Advertisements) dollars a year for information you can get for free on twitter.
