Would I ever or have I ever said that we pushed out commitments that commit to a equal or better recruiting program to make room for better players? On what basis am I like Engie besides I love to argue? He thinks Elite Dawgs is a better site than this one. Do you believe that I am as big a homer that I would support the ranting a of say the spirit board?

If it were anyone other than sorantable I'd say let him have his opinion, but his super nega-rebel schtick has gotten tired. I'm not sure why he doesn't go to another sidewalk if he's just gonna say we suck and will never win anything ever.

That's fine. As long as you're cool with me saying that our staff is higher on kid x than kid y, when recruiting services all have kid y rated higher than kid x.
But when we say shite like that it's LOLOLOLOL @ State. Which I think is stupid, whomever does it.

For sure. Staff's evaluate better than recruiting services. Just don't pull it out of your arse. Plus it's june. Jay is rated higher because one service liked him early on. That service gives out more 4* than the rest. Maybe by the time these kids go through all the camps and play their season then they could be different. I personally have never seen either play an a lot of the Johnson not being rated as high could have been we didn't know what position he would play until he showed out at Flex.
I think a lot of the lol at state stuff is based on your staff being the only ones to think that this kid is better than a higher rated kid that many others want. This years recruiting class for y'all looks a little different because you are getting OOS 3* that other programs actually wanted. That's winning recruiting battles and you get less lols than winning evaluation battles.

However, there is one thing that I will say Engie was right about - Rivals sucks dick. Even when they were the best overall recruiting service they never rated Mississippi guys correct. All they do is watch film on guys, and the guys from BFN Mississippi aren't going to have a ton of film. I just always thought they were lazy as shite and pandered to the top instead of providing a comprehensive service.

Why does it suck if y'all finished just one spot below your 247 ranking in last two years? I chose rivals because of the cut off at 20 but still don't quite get where the hate comes from. Rivals has the best camp circuit. They are paired with UA. All those camps these kids go to... They are rivals camps. The 5 star challenge.. Rivals. UA AA game... Rivals. They don't give out as many four stars as the others which might throw y'all off but they haven't rated you lower as a class ranking and they have the most/best camps, which is the best way to evaluate players. Maybe it's because y'all's rival site sucks. They are the last to give out higher grades so yes I understand the dislike, but due to their camps they are the most accurate. Scout has the fewest numbers of scouts, which is funny and 247 gives out the most 4*s and ranks them the earliest. I love 247 for that reason alone, but I can't say that rivals waiting longer isn't a better evaluation method. I think y'all didn't like Shumpert and Thomas getting just 3 stars and someone said it's because rivals doesn't scout MS. Hell they have a camp in Memphis, Birmingham, NO, and Hattiesburg so all the kids from MS can go. Now if they don't go to those camps you might be right that they evaluate film, and MS film can suck.

Right, I agree with all of that. I never said their national service sucked. The majority of the time they get the big names right. I think we're starting to see each other's points more clearly.
