Looks like it's Tayvion Land. 4 star on Rivals and high 3 star on 247 Composite.
Freezus is going to make a little noise here soon. Below you'll see where they are already trying to improve the facilities there:
LYNCHBURG, Va. (WSET) -- Liberty University is tackling a $25 million renovation to its football operations facility!
The construction started in December 2018 and is slated to be finished next January 2020, but it is not expected to interfere with the game day football operations.
The new facility will expand from 48,000 square feet to more than 65,000!
One of the new additions will be a 13,000 square foot lounge for players, which will also be used as a recruiting area during games.
"This is going to be comparable to many Power 5 facilities," said Ian McCaw, LU's Athletic Director. "This will put us in a high plane in the recruiting world. This should certainly make a big difference in attracting the best student-athletes to Liberty."
LU's new football head coach Hugh Freeze gave the project his stamp of approval.

The dude can recruit. Combine his ability with money and you get the results that he had at Ole Miss. Anyone that says he can't recruit is ignorant

I don't think people question his ability to recruit, more so people question his ability to recruit without NCAA intervention.
