Looks like he’s a Missouri lean and UT in 2nd. OU and UGA no longer factors.

would love to see it. UGA has the easiest pitch in all of CFB. They aren't desperate and don't have to neg recruit to get kids. Now of course they really want Nwareni (like all teams do) - but their recruiting staff is too savvy to make an unforced error and I'm calling BS.
If he wants to stick w/ his story - then at least put the specific rumor out there on what was said and by whom.

He moved his timeline back one more week august 14th now…. Someone is saying UGA in it more than people know afraid there is something going down behind the scenes. Other people are saying it’s still OU and Missouri battle only ….. OU leading ….

I believe w/ Nwareni and Bolden these NIL offers are getting stupid high and that is creating a fluid market for who the favorite is.
Sucks that this is the new norm but it is what it is. Get your bids in.

Arrogance causes coaches to neg recruit no matter how much they have to sell all the time. UGA made an arrogant mistake and is no longer in the picture. You don't try to blow smoke up Nigerian parent's asses, ever. Doesn't matter to me whether you believe that or not. It is so
I’ve heard that rumor as well. Ironic because supposedly it was a Nigerian coach that said it and he’s why we’re deep in it for Williams.
I don’t know that it was negative recruiting so much as it was a valid point based on Drink’s record as HC. But as we all know, perception is reality.
ETA: New intel states there is dissension in the Williams camp and that’s why he’s delaying another week. Player wants UGA, momma wants Mizzou and dad/HS coach want OU. Wherever the player ends up attending, I sincerely hope all parties get on the same page and support the player. This news makes sense as to why all three fanbases are confident.

I’ve seen nothing yet on the commitment date delay.

I will say this....we felt like we were leading up until a week or so ago...maybe just a 2-3 days ago. The guy who gives us our best information has said he felt like Mizzou was going to get him, now.
That said, I hope we are still in it, but it's not what we are hearing at this time. He is a top talent and will make an impact no matter where he goes.

Not sure why somebody down voted this.
Is somebody out there that believes NIL is not playing a role?

If this is correct, I am betting momma wins. because we all know..."If momma ain't happy, ain't nobody happy."

Sorry. I didn't realize it was you, or I would have simply ignored it.
So tell us, oh wise one. Why did you down vote it? Did the mean man say something you didn't like?

Not at all. I am retired and i can do what I want. And i do a lot of things. Shoot, you've used up 3-4 of my posts today. What a waste.
How long does it take you to type a sentence or two? Maybe I am just faster than you. I don't typically have to look up how to spell words, so I can type faster.

And why are you so concerned about what I do with my time? Seems odd.
See? I typed all of this in about a minute.

Clint Cosgrove at Rivals published an article with some info today. Not exactly new info, but confirming that it seems to be MU in the lead with OU right behind

The five-star's recruitment has taken plenty of twists and turns, with little insight coming from Nwaneri himself, so we don't know for sure how this recruitment will play out. Oklahoma has long been considered a favorite, with Georgia right behind and Oregon and Missouri having an outside shot. But, the tides seem to be turning, and recent happenings are pointing toward Missouri as being Nwaneri's destination. Georgia, while still in the mix, is likely looking in from the outside, and it is rumored that Oregon is too far from home. The Georgia staff reportedly thinks it is down to the Bulldogs and Missouri, while the Oklahoma staff believes it is down to them and Missouri. I believe this has become a two-team battle between the Tigers and Sooners. While the Sooners had the lead up until recently there are recent developments which lead me to believe Nwaneri will ultimately commit to the Tigers. I have put in a FutureCast accordingly, and will stick with it until I hear otherwise.
Prediction: Missouri

Based on this and some info I've seen from OU guys, it sounds like he might have preferred OU when the NIL packages were close, but Mizzou blew the top off with a huge offer.
OU guy still saying he likes OU, but that Mizzou has made it interesting. Dude is going to be a fun player wherever he goes.

OU fans making up NIL numbers as a way to cope with possibly losing a recruit to Mizzou, oh how the mighty have fallen. Y’all act like OU is some dream school that all kids want to play for and the only reason anyone would ever choose another school is $$$. OU is basically Nebraska, it’s a boring has-been school with an annoying delusional fanbase
