There are so many ways one could take this.
"You don't know shite, clown." is what I assume you were going for. He doesn't know shite, and he's a clown.
"You don't know shite clown?" would be asking someone if they knew "shite clown," who/whatever that is. Without the question mark would be stating it.
"You don't know, shite clown." is simply saying "you don't know" to whomever "shite clown" is.
It's a great, versatile sentence, depending on how you punctuate it.

Take that first comma out, then you have "You don't" as a statement, (You "don't" what exactly? Who knows. But we know that you don't.) then a command for "clown" to know shite.

It's like "Hey you, stop it. Know more shite and maybe you will stop clowning." The exclamation points make it a yell and the sarcasteriscks mean that I wouldn't really write that.
