Seems like Isaiah Elohim is the staff’s biggest priority, they really like him. Has to be difficult narrowing down when you aren’t taking many in this class.

It’s a relevant point. Mizzery fans are acting like just because he’s lived in Arkansas he should have some Hog loyalty. That doesn’t seem to be the case so he could go elsewhere.

He and Isaiah Elohim are ranked nearly identical to each other on 247. Muss had been going after Elohim hard for months and it's a toss up on personal preference.

Because not only are the Mizzou insiders refuting this narrative, but so are the Arkansas insiders:
This commitment announcement from Boateng comes with ZERO surprise. There will be some misinformation as there always is when an in-state priority recruit gets away, but the Hogs for only the third time under Muss (CMoore being the first and KWare being the second) lost a coveted in-state player. I cannot go into all the details -- there are a lot -- but Arkansas was always playing from behind on this one. His OV was positive, but not enough to change the course of things.
