Maybe Garcia takes a big step forward but Miami's QB situation was terrible. Garcia entered the portal basically because Rashada was coming.
Just my opinion. I think Rashada is the 2nd best QB in the class behind the Tennessee signee. His ceiling is very high.

You can never have women too hot, whisky too old, horses too fast, too much money, or too much talent at any postion.

If you have 3 starting caliber qb's competing for a spot, things tend to work out.
You might've been fooled by our idiot fans, but our QB last year was by far our best player on offense and he had a torn labrum most of the year.
