Tennessee just has so much trouble recruiting Memphis. Always have, always will. We have a better chance with California kids.
But I’m ok with it, tons of Memphis kids end up being busts.

This kid is already SEC QB size. I hope he sticks, but these early OOS commits seem to only last a couple of weeks no days.
